How to be Healthy
- Take a 10-30 minutes’ brisk walk every day.
- Make time to practice meditation, yoga & prayer, they provide us with daily fuel for our busy life.
- Drink plenty of water
- Do not Skip breakfast
- Avoid Coffee, Drink Tea(especially Green Tea)
- Eat more fruits & vegetables
- Exercise for better all round health
- Practice good dental hygiene
- Protect your skin from sun and pollution
- Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
- Smile & laugh more.
- Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
- Sleep for at least 7 hours.
- Forgive everyone for everything.
- Always be Happy and healthy.
