  1. All of the “Benefits” are correlations and can’t be shown to be caused by eating breakfast. The facts are many people who regularly eat breakfast tend to be people who are more concious of their health, therefore weight management, lower diabetes risk, etc are due to there overall health, not eating breakfast. People commenting on health and diet need to learn the difference between castigation and correlation.

    There are no limited evidence that eating breakfast is healthy and you can be perfectly health without eating breakfast.
